Emotional regulation, school anxiety, behaviour, friendships and identity — collaborative work with the young person and their family.
Child psychologist →Comprehensive, neuroaffirming assessments that go beyond a diagnosis — offering clear insight into strengths, challenges and practical next steps for home and school.
ADHD assessments → Autism assessments →Evidence-based therapy for anxiety, panic, worry, and obsessive-compulsive presentations, including exposure-based approaches tailored to children, teens and adults.
Anxiety therapy → OCD treatment →A respectful, no-nonsense approach for people who have served — with genuine understanding of operational culture and the challenges of life after service.
Veterans & first responders →We don't try to "fix" the way someone thinks. Instead, we work to understand it — how they take in the world, what energises them, what overwhelms them, and where small shifts can make a real difference at home, at school, or at work.
From there, therapy and skill-building become a genuine collaboration: with the person, and the people around them. The goal is confidence, regulation, and connection — in ways that feel authentic to who they are.
